This is a lovely early copy of an Edward Lear classic 'Nonsense Botany and Nonsense Alphabets', published by Warne in 1888. Contains a nonsense Botany section, a tiny Nonsense Cookery part and many nonsense Alphabets. The book is in need of careful restoration, as it is coming loose throughout (see photos). Boards still present very well, with some slight spine damage and rubbed corners. Early editions of these are tricky...
