A very scarce 1st edition copy of A A Milne's 'Pooh Goes Visiting' from 1931. Originally published in the 'Story-Folk Series as one of five titles, this was subsequently published in its own right. This book was first published with a boxed set of play characters, with the 'scene' being in the interior of the box, intended for parents and children to act out the play as it was read. Boxed set is almost invisible and this playlet very rarely turns up alone, as here.
