A copy of the translation in English of the unexpurgated Edition of 1939. Red cloth with gilt titles to the spine. The covers are bumped at the corners and the spine is beginning to 'go'. The text is unmarked but the paper is of poor quality. Stamp of the school of Oriental and African Studies to the title page. An uncommon and rather chilling book !
