Manuscript, written in various hand. All the pages densely written, including the front and back covers. Most of the notes concern bloodletting appointments with dates (and names) and a few more extensive notes of treatments. At the end notes added in 1830 and 1831 that do not seem to be medial (?). Intriguing document.
