This is a 1st edition H/Bk copy of “King Mob” by Christopher Hibbert and published by Longmans in 1958 with its unclipped dust jacket. The book has 184 pages and a further 8 pages of black and white illustrations and is bound in blue with gilt titles on the spine. The book tells the story of the Gordon Riots of 1780. There are no marks or inscriptions in the book which is in very good condition with only minor bumping to the corners and slight rubbing to the jacket edges. A nice copy of th eauthors second book.
