Rare. Three matching volumes bound in beige decorative cloth with gilt lettering to the front and spines. All t.e.g. All carry a bookplate declaring 'This book was purchased by the Royal United Service Institution. 1905' with a 'disposed of' stamp. Pagination: Vol I ccxii, 308 pp Vol II xx, 1, 469 pp Vol III vii, 487 pp. Externally the three volumes are rather age darkened and grubby with library stickers to the spines and bumped corners. The pages are rough cut. Internally clean and tight. Additional photos are available upon request. When securely packed this item will weigh in the region of 4840g. (YBP Ref: 033155:15)
