First edition of Homer’s ‘Iliad’ and ‘Odyssey’, the last published of Pickering’s ‘Diamond Classics’ series, and possibly still the smallest ever printed Homer, exquisitely printed in Greek diamond type by C. Whittingham. Keynes records a price of 12s for large paper copies, else 9s.
