Folio, 18ins x 12ins, 12pp, xxvi, 332pp plus 24 plates (one double page and one double page and folding), 8 maps and plans (one double page and one coloured), 3 double page pedigrees and 1 large folding pedigree. Also two illustrations within the text. Because some of the pages have multiple illustrations, the list of illustrations totals 43 items - all are present. In addition there is a plate depicting Lambert Larkin which is not listed. Old tape reinforcement to hinges. Tissue guard to frontis very creased.
