Original cloth, gilt title lettering to upper boards and spines. Head of spine and corner tips rubbed and some surface marks to lower board of first title. Second work extremely clean throughout, with original yellow advert pages offering Liberty’s Indian Pyjamas and “elegant fancy wigs” from W. Clarkson in the Strand. An excellent set of ‘his and hers’ fancy dress manuals.
