Binding solid, slight wear to corners, spine dulled. Top edge gilt. Former library copy with blind stamp on rear board & small blind stamps to plates. Text and plates in very good clean condition, original tissue guards present. Text in French. Superbly illustrated with 58 plates of heraldic symbols, Complete, as called for, printed in red, black & colours, some highlighted with gold. Chromolithographs.
