Published by Cary, London June 1800. On folding linen in 25 sections, size 89 by 76 cm. The built-up area of London, boundaries, woods, parks and estates are hand-coloured. A detailed map of the environs of London at end of the eighteenth century. First published in 1786, this is the second edition mounted version of Cary's map. Folds into original slipcase with the Cary label. Map cropped to just outside margins but complete and in Good to VG condition, slipcase sound but with corners scuffed and label faded.
