Book Description

A copy of the First Edition of a book which was begun a year after the War had begun and published a year later dedicated 'To the last Nazi'. Light blue cloth, gilt titles in a complete pictorial Dustwrapper which has several, repaired tears; now protected. There are 48 superbly evocative illustrations by Tom Purvis to what is a moving tribute to the stoicism and abiding good humour of Londoners during that terrible time.
