Gilt lettering to spine and front board. 10ins 6.75ins, xx, 465pp, 2pp book adverts plus 32pp colour plates, 64 black and white photographs and a coloured folding map. Colour plates painted by E.W. Christmas. Nb the Kegan Paul edition only had photographic illustrations. Indentation to page edge of first few pages. A little rubbed to the spine. Good
