First Edition. 21 x 26 cm black cloth with green stamped titles and pictorial paste down image to the front. Orange and black pictorial endpapers, unpaginated [48]. With 20 full page black and white woodcuts illustrating 20 poems and 5 smaller illustrations.
The binding is near fine with just a little just a hint of shelf wear. Internally there is no name, inscription or bookplate but with some offsetting from the illustrations throughout, In all, a really striking set of images influenced by African sculpture.
