Second edition. 8vo. pp. [viii], 89; port. frontis., one plate of Elder’s grave; very good in contemporary black morocco, gilt, t.e.g., slightly rubbed and scuffed. A presentation copy, inscribed by the subject’s widow “Mr. John Cossar from Mrs. Elder 12th Novr/84”.
