It displays the characteristic illustrative style of the magazine, as well as the humour. A proposed second arch by McDonald’s fans in St. Louis, daydreaming truckers in Oklahoma and a car factory gone awry in Detroit are just a few of the adventures to be discovered within the image. Even the figures above the title are a satirical commentary on America’s diversity and often competing attitudes. - The verso features inset maps of New York, Los Angeles, Alaska and Hawaii – also created by Aragones using the same cartoonish form. - Together with MAD magazine 'MAD SUPER SPECIAL WINTER 1981'.
