Ink underlining and in margins and two ink notes in Luke's hand to margins. WITH a brief typed, signed, letter with ink additions signed 'Alan' (i.e. The Rt. Hon. Viscount Boyd of Merton. Secretary of State for the Colonies 1954-59) to "My Dear Harry".
