Published in 1907, this is the first edition of this illustrated work taking the villages and towns of West Suffolk, this copy being in its original fourteen fortnightly parts. 11 inches tall approx., 411 pages across the 14 parts, with 500 illustrations from Photographs The opening and closing pages of each part feature interesting local business adverts with illustrations which were probably discarded from most bound copies. The main title page is in the rear of the final part.
Dealer Notes
The covers to some issues have some noticeable signs of wear, the covers to part one are detached and worn at edges, there is a noticeable tear to the front cover of part thirteen with minor loss, the first page has come loose from the staples in part thirteen. Some occasional creasing wear, else in good acceptable condition.
