The Secret Seven Adventure, Enid Blyton, The Brockhampton Press Ltd, 1950, First Edition First Impression This is a first edition first impression of the second book in the Secret Seven series. Now not easy to find in decent condition. The book is in very good condition. The binding is tight with a slight lean, the boards clean apart from a mark to the back board and the lettering on the spine bright. There is minimal shelf wear to the bottom edge of the spine. The toned end papers and pages are free from tears and inscriptions. There is foxing to the top and fore edges, small marks to the rear end papers and a mark to the fore and bottom edge. The unclipped dust jacket, protected in a clear, removable cover is in good condition with good colouring, loss to the bottom corner of the front return, small losses to all the corners, slight nibbling to the top edge of the front cover, a crease mark to the bottom corner of the front cover, loss to the top and bottom edges of the spine, two tears to the top edge of the back cover, loss to the bottom edge of the back cover and marks to the back cover. Will be dispatched carefully wrapped in bubblewrap and a cardboard box.
