Grafton Elliot Smith (1871-1937) was an Australian-British anatomist, anthropologist and Egyptologist, fellow of the Royal Society and professor of anatomy in Manchester University. He became involved with W.H.R. Rivers and W.J. Perry in investigating the origins of magic and religion, early human migration, and the diffusion of culture. First edition.
