Both inner hinges are cracked. Textblock is tight, bright and clean. 5 coloured plates, 6 maps (some colour) 8 b&w photo illustrations. Pagination: viii, 338 pp. Green finished paper dust jacket with black lettering to spine and front. Dj is in a good condition albeit with some creasing to the edges. Spine area and edges are faded.
