Waltham St. Lawrence, printed by Robert and Moira Gibbings at The Golden Cockerel Press. 1929. Very good, corners of boards lightly rubbed, spines with some spots of soiling, as is often the case two of the volumes show a lighter leather tone, internally bright and clean. The collaboration between Gill and the Gibbings is a rich one. This stands as one of the great books of the Press and of the twentieth century private press movement in general.
