This being the 'de-luxe' edition with subscribers' list at rear, hardback, 4to bound in green publisher's cloth gilt with bevelled edges, rubbing and spots to extremities of boards, elaborate ms ownership name to half-title, with little off-setting to to verso and title page, numbers written in pencil to corner of plates. 28 illustrations including 12 chromolithographs, 8 tipped-in original photographs and 2 silver gelatin plates, one plate 'Vienna Breads' bound upside down, some minor edge chips/creases to photograph margins. 'Owen Simmons' was a pseudonym.
