This, one of only 50 copies bound by hand in full leather with gilt decoration to upper board (another 355 copies were bound in half leather). SIGNED at the Limitation Page by the printer, Paul Kavanagh and by the paper-maker/publisher, Ian O'Casey. The First English Language Edition of the original French work by Lalande titled "Art De Faire Le Papier" published in 1761. Laid in is the original Prospectus from The Ashling Press. Fourteen full page plates including one fold out. This copy unusual, possibly unique, in that Plate Two appears twice.
