Blue cloth boards, gilt lettering to spine and front board, under illustrated dustwrappers. 11.5ins x 9ins. Vol XXXI xii, 337pp plus colour frontis. 57 figures within the text. Volume XXXII xx, pps 339 to 648 plus colour frontis, 159pp plates and folding map in rear pocket. These volumes cover the area between Piccadilly and Oxford Street, including Soho and Saville Row.The principal monument is Burlington House, with the history of James Wyatt's Pantheon also given. Both volumes ex-library. Vol XXXI has pricelipped dustwrapper, remnants of a sticker to the front pastedown and 2 numbers to the top of the front free endpaper. Vol XXXII has large LCC Library sticker to front pastedown, number to front free endpaper and a circular stamp to verso of title page and final plate. Dw chipped to head of spine. Both G to G+.
