Deluxe Limited Edition No. 571 of 600 signed by illustrator, Arthur Rackham. 22.5 x 28.3 cm vellum and blue Sangorski and Sutcliffe binding with gilt boarders and green title label to the spine. All edges gilt, [iv]110[4]pp with 1 tipped in colour illustration, four double page colour silhouette and one single, together with four double page, eight single page and 34 black silhouettes within the text. Signed by Arthur Rackham to the limitation page. In felt lined blue cloth slip case. A near fine signed binding noting just a touch of rubbing to the titles label. Internally signed by Arthur Rackham but without other names, inscriptions or bookplates. Clean of handling marks but with some ghosting from silhouettes onto the facing pages as is usually found with this book. The well constructed slip case has protected the book extremely well with just a little fading to one edge. All in all a lovely signed limited edition copy of this beautifully illustrated work in an excellent signed binding.
