Title page, coloured plates numbered 2-17 and a final page of publisher's adverts. Pages printed on one side of the leaf only. The original paper covers are also bound in. This is the fourth edition, earlier editions included a plate of either King and Queen, or just the King. The fourth edition does not have this plate. The blog of the Cotsen Children's Library at Princeton makes it much clearer and this volume is complete according to their page by page description of the 4th edition. Ink initials to the rear of plate 2 which here acts as the frontispiece - M?? Dublin 1831. In modern half leather binding. Spine faded. The original paper covers are soiled.
