[2], 72, [2] p. Two colour printed pictorial wrappers on yellow paper. Adverts on the end leaves and wrappers. The wrappers are dusty and with minor chips. The spine is chipped with some loss. The paper is uniformly toned. A sound copy and a scarce survival. The Introductory Letter to the first edition is dated 1847 but I have not traced anything earlier than the 4th edition, 1860.
