REVISED and ENLARGED EDITION, SIGNED BY ILLUSTRATOR. 8vo, [64] + b/w frontis and plates. Green cloth, gilt stamped lettering to upper board (faded). Head of spine pushed, band of sunning to lower board, pen mark to upper board. Illustrator’s signature in blue pen below the printed name on the title page; ‘H. D. S. Smith’. Clean, tight and tidy.
