Published in 1912, this is the second edition of this work on the subject of Votes for Women, from the British Jurist and Constitutional theorist Albert Venn Dicey, with a new eight-page introduction for this edition by the author.
Bound in the original printed card wrappers, just over 7 inches tall, (xvi) 93pp
The covers are faded and worn, some loss to spine covering, some splitting along spine edge, a chip to lower corner of front cover and the first page, heavy creasing to front cover, the creasing wear also affects the first four pages, rest of contents in good general condition.
