Scarce boxed limited edition of Richard Lane's Hokusai and Hiroshige. This is number 198 of only 250 copies. Contains an original Hokusai plate as called for. Published by Galerie Eike Moog. Koln. West Germany but printed in Japan. 1st edition 1977 Hardback book in clam-shell box with colour and black & white illustrations and text in English & Japanese. (with a German translation included seperatly) Several full page and fold-out plates. Mounted original Hokusai plate captioned "Hokusai Ehan, original plate (1828-1848) " Also included Paper covered booklets "Hokusai's Erotica" by Richard Lane, "Hokusai Erotica: Supplement" "Hokusai's Erotica Revisited " by Richard Lane and "Hukusai and Hiroshige" by Richard Lane (the German text of the book)
