One of 26 lettered copies, Yof Z, signed by the author and illustrator Ralph Steadman, out of an edition of 176. 13 x 19.5 cm maroon cloth backed pictorial paper covered boards with leather titles label to the spine and gilt tiles. Maroon endpapers [xii] 51[1]pp with illustration’s by Steadman throughout and with signed silkscreen image of ‘The Brain of Hunter S Thompson’. The book is contained within a black cloth clamshell box with leather titles label to the spine and gilt titles. A fine copy of this scarce highly sort after signed, lettered, limited edition with signed Steadman portrait of the artist. An early and previously unpublished semi-autobiographical short story concerning a struggling writer living in Greenwich Village, which Thompson wrote when he was a struggling writer living in New York City. Illustrated in Steadman’s inimitable style.
