Crude outline pencil drawing of a building to the rear of the title page. Binding splitting internally causing the plates to come loose. Signs that a plate or plates have been cut out at the start. Tissue interleaving missing from some of the plates. In old cloth binding which is worn and stained. Pages are spotted and soiled throughout, with finger marks. Some stains also.
