Inscribed by the author to Gipsy Smith and dated September 3rd 1892. Rodney "Gipsy" Smith MBE (31 March 1860 – 4 August 1947) was a British evangelist who conducted evangelistic campaigns in the United States and Great Britain for over 70 years. He was an early member of The Salvation Army. This is an extremely rare book containing over 150 poems/hymn lyrics by Stokes.
