Book Description

The life and work of one of the finest artists of her generation, or any other, to have lived and worked in Western Australia. Draughtsman and etcher, she gained an Associateship and was a Diploma student at the School of Engraving of the Royal College of Art in London, her fellow students including Eric Ravilious, Charles Tunnicliffe and Ian McNab. Her work was exhibited in 1931 through to 1987, though she produced very little after 1940. She died in Perth, W.A. in 1988 at the age of 87.
