First edition, first printing. Very good in red cloth boards with black titles to the slightly dulled to the spine. Lacks dustjacket. The book is dedicated to Jean Rhys and was originally written by her husband, Jean Langlet, under the pseudonym Edward de Neve. It seems Jean Rhys effectively re-wrote the book the book for the English edition.
