Book Description

Thomas Wilson (1663-1755), in an introductory memoir, was bishop of Sodor and Man from 1697 having been recommended by Lord Derby, to whom he was chaplain. The first edition was published in 1734.

Worldcat had one record of the printers, Gilbert and Rivington, printing for the SPCK dating to 1811.

Some wear to boards and spine, blind-stamped pattern to boards is clear, to lower spine a cracking occurs though both hinges are sound.
