1875 AMERICAN COOKERY BOOK
Book Description
                        Published in New York in 1875, this is a generally good example of the American book on Cookery, bound in brown cloth with embossed pattern decoration, 7.75 inches tall approx., the first book runs to 142 pages with coloured and black and white illustrations, the second book on deserts and puddings runs to 120 pages and is not illustrated.
                    
                                            Dealer Notes
                            The covers are rubbed at edges with some fraying of the cloth at spine ends, internally endpapers darkened with old ownership inscription, some foxing and browning to pages with some page corner creasing wear else in acceptable condition
