Undated - but circa 1900. Original publisher's red cloth boards, with gilt and black embossed titles to front and spine. The corners are a little rubbed / bumped. Spine is lightly sun faded. A thick revised version of the popular Victorian cookbook, first published in 1868 in a smaller format. Scattered foxing throughout, but contents generally in a clean and bright condition. Complete with all six colour plates, very good.
