Limited to 975 numbered copies. With two holograph letters (from 'Val' and dated to 1935, and referring to the book and other matters) to 'Donald McDonald' the silent films actor (87 films) and director, at 993 Park Avenue, New York. This was, later, the address of Marlene Dietrich. Signature and address of Donald McDonald on the free front end paper with "from F.V.Maldenham" (?). With a later, unrelated, signature.
