Limited edition of 260, of which this copy is numbered 232, vii prelims + 120pp., 30 tissue-guarded etchings, decorative endpapers, green cloth boards, titles and illustration blind stamped in gilt. Contents excellent, all plates as called for; the front hinge is cracked. A previous owner's inscription appears on the front endpaper. Covers very good with a touch of wear and a few minor marks here and there. A topographical survey of key locations along the Thames, beginning in Oxford, illustrated with a series of 30 delightful etchings - one for each location featured.
