Separate Glossary on a bifolium on the same paper loosely inset at the rear. Fine copy in the similarly fine publisher's slipcase covered with the same green paper and with a Lawrence woodcut mounted on its front side. This no 179 of 400 cloth-bound, signed on the colophon by Lawrence and by John Randle, the printer. (There were also 100 further de-luxe copies in two different states)
