Unpaginated, 18 leaves including two leaves at rear with source and limitation details. Commentary volume in original red cloth with gilt to front and spine. 310pp. Commentary volume in three languages (German, English and French) by Joanna Fronska, Graeme Small and Hanno Wijsman. Includes sections covering: The authors and audiences; Images and decoration; Codicology and Provenance; The date and historical context of he manuscript; Transcription and English translation. Also included is an Appendix covering the names mentioned, bibliography and illustrations. The two volumes are housed in the original clear perspex case. A beautiful facsimile with a detailed commentary.
