Bound in full brown leather with brass clasp; five raised bands to spine with gilt titles & blind-stamped tooling to other panels; blind-stamped design within outer double border to covers; gilt dentelle inner edges; brown end-papers; integral brown silk bookmark; title page with publisher's device; list of maps etc.; preface; table of measures, weights, & coins; chronological map from the Creation to 4th Century after A. D. followed by old & new testaments & index.
