Book Description
This is a 1st H/Bk copy of “The British Soldier's Firearm, 1850-1864 – From Smooth-bore to Small-bore” by C H Roads, M.A., Ph.D. and published by Herbert Jenkins in 1964 with its unclipped dust jacket. The book has 332 pages of text including 360 plates of black and white photographs of firearms and there are no marks or inscriptions. The book is bound in dark blue cloth with the titles on the spine in gold. The book has some minor bumping to the corners but the binding is tight. The jacket is laminated and apart from some minor nicks to the edges is in very good condition. Overseas purchasers will incur extra postal charges due to the weight of the book.
