Book Description
Published by A. & C. Black, London. Blue cloth, gilt lettering and decoration to spine. Blind stamped border to front board with yellow lettering and circular decoration, no dw. The book is dated 1911 but, according to Inman, the yellow lettering as opposed to gilt on the front board and the fact that the top edge is not gilt suggests that it is probably a 1915 reprint. 9ins x 6.5ins, xiv, 224pp plus 72pp tissue guarded colour plates as required. Also sketch illustrations within the text. Externally a lovely bright copy. Internally light foxing to endpapers else VG.
