Book Description

Cloth backed folded and coloured map of India approx 91 cm wide ,102 cm high folded into 28 sections. The Third edition reduced to a scale of 69 miles to the inch and featuring all the names and spelling as adopted by Sir W.W.Hunter in has 'Gazetteer of India'. With inset produce maps, tea district maps , sketch maps of Calcutta, Bombay, and Madras and general index. Encased in a Blue hardcover binding. All in Very Good condition. The covers have a little light handling wear but are still bright. The map is remarkably clean with no splits or tears to the cloth backing, light foxing to cloth backing at joints.
