Dealer Notes
Bath is given its own section by the father and son authors. Generally reckoned one of the weakest and dullest of the early Guides. When Faber and Faber took over publication in 1939, they reissued existing titles with a new title page to indicate the change of publisher and put the original limp-covered ring binding in practical stiff cloth boards. The dust-wrapper reproduces the original paper cover illustrations.
