Book Description
This is a signed 1st edition H/Bk copy of “Scotland's Music – A History of the Traditonal and Classical Music of Scotland from Early Times to the Present Day” by John Purser and published by Mainstream Publishing in 1992 with its unclipped dust jacket. The book has 311 pages with many black and white illustrations and 16 pages of colour plates. Apart from the author's signature on the title page there are no other marks or inscriptions in the book. The book is bound in black cloth with the titles on the spine in silver. The book is in almost unread condition with no damage at all but the cover is lightly rubbed at the edges and corners.
