First trade edition, first printing (preceded only by the “Special Presentation Edition” of 200 copies issued the month before for dispersal by the publisher). Recently bound in full yellow goatskin with titles in red, gilt and black to the upper board, and in black to the spine. All edges gilt. Hand-sewn endbands, black endpapers. The contents with a little toning and spotting to the margins, as always. A fine copy. Housed in a bespoke felt lined cloth folding solander case.
